What we collect
When you register for a course through our enrollment page, we ask for:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your mobile number
- The course you're interested in
That's it. We don't ask for payment details, ID documents, or anything else on the website itself.
Why we collect it
Only to run the course: to confirm your seat, send you batch and joining details on WhatsApp, and follow up about payment. We don't use it for anything beyond that, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Where it's stored
Your registration is stored in a private Google Sheet that only OLM Techademy can access, through a password-protected admin dashboard. It isn't public, indexed, or shared with third-party marketers.
Payment
We don't collect card, UPI, or bank details through this website. Payment is arranged directly with our team by phone or WhatsApp after you register, so no payment information ever passes through this site.
If you're registering a child
Buttons on this site that open WhatsApp take you to WhatsApp itself with a pre-filled message. Once there, that conversation is between you and OLM Techademy on WhatsApp, governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy — we don't control or store anything from that side beyond the messages you choose to send us.
Cookies & analytics
We may use basic, standard analytics (like Google Analytics) to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are useful — things like page views and approximate location from your IP address, not your name or contact details. This helps us improve the site; it isn't used to build an advertising profile of you or sold to anyone.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Show you exactly what information we have about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information entirely
